Ingredients: -1.5 cups cocoa butter (this is a white paste made from pressed cacao beans), - 1 cup ground cocoa beans - 1/2 cup almond butter (crunchy or smooth depending on your preference) - 1/4 cup coconut oil - 1/4 cup maple syrup & 1/8 cup agave syrup - 1 table spoon vanilla extract OR a vanilla bean
How to do it:
1. Melt cocoa butter and coconut oil in a double boiler
2. Mix in all other ingredients
3. Pour on silicone mould trays
4. Place chocolate filled trays in the freezer for 2 hours and they're ready to eat!
