ABOUT MINGA

Definition"Minga" refers to the action of coming together to complete a project that benefits one's whole community; building a barn, digging a well, building a school, creating community gardens.

It's a way of life. It's a social responsibility.

It's about building a better future

by pulling together.

Minga by 10C exists to re-define the way lives are lived and how success is measured. Our mission is simply to create a world in which more people do what they love, define their own success, connect with each other, and do way more awesome stuff.

Minga is for the radicals. The ones who are itching to push boundaries. The ones who love to get their hands dirty. The ones who live by doing.  The ones who crave deep, authentic connection. The ones who are not satisfied with the status quo. The ones who are up to something.

We’re doing it one workshop and one coaching session at a time.

The work that Minga by 10C is doing is some of the most important work on the planet. The march towards specialization in our society has encouraged westerners to enhance their digital skills at the expense of basic hands-on skills that our elders would view as a necessity to thrive in the world. The loss of these skills has left large swaths of people feeling helpless, depressed and wondering about the meaning of life. Minga helps reverse this skill atrophy pandemic while bringing back meaning into peoples lives through instructional workshops that teach people simple skills like baking bread, growing and preserving food and connecting with like-minded people through their community. If you think that Minga is just a skill-building hub you are wrong, they are rebuilding community through much-needed skill building which is actually a form of peaceful sedition.
